The Strategy Evaluator is an excellent tool to help foundations perform an analysis on the Strategy Map of an organization. Each of the 9 sections in the Strategy Evaluator asks specific questions that are disproportionate in their influence. Based on how an organization answers the questions, one can typically predict what they are accomplishing in other areas, or at least predict their capability to achieve. The Strategy Evaluator also evaluates the long-term versus short-term impact of an organization. The Strategy Evaluator tool is in a very rough Alpha format.
